I love Chester ~

The "Boo" Cat

Chester "adopted" us in 2002.  He wandered up to Judy's house in October of 1998 during the BIG FLOOD.  He was about 6 months old.  Judy was going to give him away and fell "in love" with him.  He was probably thrown out of a car on Salem Road, because he had a broken hip.  Thus, he is "Chester."

When Judy got married and moved to the country we lived in her house while remodeling and Chester stayed there with us.  Judy couldn't keep Chester in the country, so we took him home with us and he's been our "Big Boo" cat ever since.
Chester and Scrapper live on the spa cover on the back deck.  They continuously "mess" with each other, but are always good to each other too.
This is old Chester relaxing by the old hot tub.  He is such a fraidy cat.  You'll hardly ever catch a glimpse of him, but he's a sweet old boy.
This is my most favorite photo of Chester.  He doesn't venture out too far past this arbor from the back deck area.  Every once in a while, you'll see him chasing a mouse or stalking a bird.  He is the sweetest, nuzzler of all.
Chester loves being outside, but loves inside even more.  He is truly and indoor/outdoor cat and he doesn't want to be totally in or out.  He always loves curling up in the covers.
